For lack of better words, here's where the other half lives when they can't afford the big houses uptown or simply don't want one.
Residents are limited to two dogs and/or other animals.

The middleclass live here in simple apartments with no more than three rooms in the largest.

| Low Income Apartments
Those with less money coming in are given apartments with meetable payments, but not every one is in the best condition. They're not the worst, but it's not the ideal place to raise a family. There's no more than two rooms in the largest apartment.
Residents are not allowed to have dogs.

| Uptown Homes
These are the large two, three, maybe even four story homes. You have to be well-off to afford to live here, but the end result is worth it. There are no limitations on owning dogs or other animals.

| Downtown Homes
The middle-class and low income both live downtown intermingled. Not much money is spent here and you can get pretty crummy environmental conditions, but there's no limitation on the number of animals you own - ASPCA may get on your tail if you have too many in too small a house though.

| Frontier Park
The park is a classic. A large lawn of green grass with plenty of long, winding paths for walking make this a great place to take your pets or friends and spend the day having fun. When you're ready to rest you can take a sit on the bench and watch the peacefulness of the lake.

| ASPCA (1 sub-board)
The ASPCA acts as the veterinary clinic, adoption center, dogcatchers, and overall animal-abuse controllers. They pop up everywhere, but as long as you're taking care of your dog you should be fine.

| Race Track
Every Saturday night the dirt quarter of a mile track comes to life. Stands are set up and bets are madly placed on the dogs racing. Breeding doesn't matter here because anything goes. Everything is illegal, but the cops rarely bust them, it's too good a business to stop. The winner gets to pick one of the dogs that were in their race to keep so the stakes are always high. This is the way the other third lives, and it's never good.

| Fighting Pit
Those involved in racing almost always have another hand involved in the fighting ring as well. Just like in racing, anything goes here. Breeding doesn't matter - the more agressive the better, they go by weight class. Whoever comes out standing is the winner and they get to choose one of the defeated's bitches to breed with and take as they please from the offspring. Only studs are used for fighting, the bitches are simply kept for breeding or the occasional "bitches bowl."
